Do you tear down balloon decor at the end of the night?
Only if we utilize our stands/equipment to prop up balloons. If no stands/equipment is used, tear down can still be arranged for a fee. Please be sure to mention this request when filling out contact form.

How long do balloons last outdoors?
Rain, sun, temperature and wind can significantly impact the lifespan of balloons. We can't guarantee they will last a specific amount of time.

How do I pay for my order?
Once we finalize your order, an invoice will be sent via email to pay via CC. Orders $400 or less will require a 50% deposit to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 1 week before event.
Orders more than $400 must be paid in full to reserve your spot.

Dates are reserved in a first come first serve. The sooner the better!

Balloons can last over a week inside a climate-controlled environment. Sometimes even more!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation requests with 30 days or more before the reserved date are eligible for a credit transfer to a later date as long as we are available. Less than 30 days before the reserved date, the event can't be canceled. There are absolutely no refunds.
